  The rooms and halls are clean and decorated. The people are very polite and helpful. After a good experience with my mom today, I was so happy that I left my cane somewhere on the way home. I called Feiser's and was forwarded to the night person. He wasn't there yet, but called in for me and had someone check my mom's room(where I thought it was) and the nurse's station. It wasn't at either one, so they called back to let me know. It's great that someone would care enough to do that. I did find my cane, it was at the next call on my list.
